Marine Corp Officer Jobs - Adjudicators coordinate administrative matters for Marine Corps staff departments and external staff-level agencies. They ensure that every Seafarer in their command has administrative resources for day-to-day tasks and long-term career development. Conciliators oversee the implementation of administrative policies. They receive and direct correspondence and prepare answers to all special correspondence. They also deal with their unit's legal affairs and monitor fitness reports, among other administrative duties.

Combat engineers lead the Marines in route exploration, demolitions, mine and earthworks warfare, emplacement, breaching and construction. Engineering is divided into four categories: mobility, countermobility, survivability, and general engineering. Officers find themselves carrying out many missions, such as building a bridge or repairing a medical clinic in a third world country that has suffered a disaster.

Communications officers are the command and control backbone of operational forces in the Marine Corps. Officer Candidates School

Financial control officers are responsible for financial matters, such as managing budgets and payments. Officers working in the finance department coordinate military pay and travel, while the commander's side includes budgeting, accounting and leading internal audits.

Ground supply officers lead and train Marines to coordinate equipment and materials for mission requirements. They oversee the purchase and contracting of supplies, manage budgets, and develop spending plans. Their role is to ensure that Marines around the world are properly equipped.

Entry-level naval intelligence officers will receive specific training in one of the following disciplines: ground, human source, signals, or air intelligence. These officers will receive unique leadership, deployment and training opportunities. Once the highest rank is achieved, all disciplines merge as the officer becomes a Marine Air Land Task Force (MAGTF) ​​Intelligence Officer. After three years of experience and completion of the MIOC (MAGTF Intelligence Officer Course), you will be designated as a MAGTF Intelligence Officer, with leadership opportunities in joint billets and the Marine Corps.

Logistics officers have a high level of visibility due to their critical role in the planning strategies of each major unit of the operational forces. They perform a variety of duties including coordinating the movement of Marines and equipment from ship ashore to forward operating bases. This MOS enables officers to develop long-range projects, manage the supply chain, and analyze data and performance.

All Naval Basic Training graduates are granted 10 days vacation immediately after graduation from basic training. Enjoy your 10 days off because after your R&R you must report to one of the Marine Corps infantry schools. The Marines have two such schools: one located on the East Coast and one on the West Coast. If you went to Marine Corps Basic Training in Parris Island, South Carolina, you will likely attend the School of Infantry at Camp Geiger in North Carolina, while those who did basic training in San Diego will likely attend the School of Infantry at Camp Pendleton, California.

The Marine Corps recruits young men and women of high moral standards who have or will have a four-year college degree, are physically fit, and have demonstrated potential for leadership. Applicants must be US citizens and pass the initial Marine Corps physical fitness test. In addition, applicants must take either the SAT, ACT, or ASVAB aptitude test.

The minimum acceptable score is a combined 1000 on the verbal and math sections of the SAT or 22 on the ACT. (Reserved applicants do not need SAT or ACT scores. The minimum score an applicant seeking to become an enlisted Marine must have on the ASVAB is 31.)

The only age requirement is that a person must be at least 20 years old and less than 30 years old at the time of commissioning. Applicants to law programs must score at least a 30 on a 50-point scale or 150 on a 180-point scale on the LSAT.
